The reason I have not been posting all that much recently is thanks to my search for a house..I found one just over a week ago and put in an offer..and it was accepted!!!! Once the mortgage goes through I will be a homeowner and I’m hoping to move in July 1st (fingers crossed). I’m really excited.
The house is right next to Crossroads Blvd in Raleigh, NC..and only a mile away from downtown Cary! It has just had a new roof, a new exterior, new kitchen...ah move in can not come soon enough! Oh yeah and it’s also only a 5-10 minute drive to NC State University which I guess is somewhat important for research but meh :-D
